Bryan Vega is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s real estate and corporate group in Miami, specializing in transactions that involve multi-tenant, mixed-use, retail, office, hospitality, condominiums, industrial and multifamily projects. He represents national and regional real estate developers, private investors, entrepreneurs and financial institutions. He routinely drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and more. Vega also provides pro bono counsel to a confidential nonprofit client and serves as a mentor to students.
