Andrew Cromer leads the Miami office’s leasing and development practice, representing companies nationwide in markets such as New York, Boston and Washington, D.C. Among his clients is one of the country’s largest REITs regarding nationwide acquisitions. Locally, his work continues to shape Miami’s skyline, while he also supports national expansion strategies for both emerging and established brands. His pro bono work includes ongoing involvement in a local high school program that provides underserved Miami students with swimming lessons and facility access.
