Along with managing the Miami office, Timothy Ferguson heads the Miami toxic tort and products liability team, defending claims for some of the world’s largest product, equipment and chemical manufacturers. In the construction arena, he has represented architects, contractors, mechanical engineers and subcontractors in construction defect litigation. He also heads the firm’s cannabis practice. Ferguson is a board member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida.
