He volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem to help investigate disputes and ensure the best interests of children. An avid cyclist and fly fisherman, Ratzan has ridden thousands of miles to raise funds for charities, including the Davis Phinney Foundation, the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and Best Buddies International.
