Moisés Saltiel founded and scaled the Coral Gables firm into a recognized multidisciplinary firm statewide, building both domestic and international client bases. His practice is devoted to corporate law, mergers and acquisition and private equity — specializing in advising foreign clients on U.S. and cross-border investing. In pro bono work, Saltiel regularly provides guidance to early-stage entrepreneurs and small-business owners.
