In addition to serving as the inaugural leader of the St. Petersburg office, Mindi Richter is an intellectual property law specialist. She counsels clients on patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret portfolios; handles prosecution matters; and litigates intellectual property cases nationwide, including infringement claims. Richter regularly participates in innovation hubs and accelerator programs to advise entrepreneurs and startup companies on intellectual property issues. She also provides legal advice to local nonprofits and guidance through various board positions.
