Matthew Chait leads the firm’s West Palm Beach office while specializing in commercial real estate and land use litigation, commercial foreclosure and loan guaranty matters and general business litigation. He is an avid supporter of pro bono services and is especially dedicated to work with the Pro Bono Counsel for Resource Depot. He also devotes substantial time to the community, serving with the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, among others.
