While leading the firm’s day-to-day operations and guilding long-term strategic direction in Miami, Jordi Guso advises clients on complex commercial bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation matters across multiple industries. That includes representing financially distressed businesses, creditors and asset purchasers in both in-court and out-of-court matters. Guso hosts free monthly bankruptcy clinics at Miami’s U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse in partnership with Dade Legal Aid, the Bankruptcy Bar Association and Put Something Back. He also has served on the board of Legal Services of Greater Miami.
