Jordan Shaw leads the Fort Lauderdale firm and chairs its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in cases involving partnership disputes, derivative actions, corporate dissolutions and receiverships, securities and stockholder litigation and more. He also represents clients in class action litigation involving state and federal consumer protection laws and deceptive trade practices. Outside of practicing law, Shaw mentors young lawyers and gives back to the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as president of the Law Alumni Association.
