Joaquin Martinez drives the firm’s growth in Orlando while continuing to lead a real estate practice focused on complex leasing, development, acquisition and investment transactions. He has expanded the firm’s footprint in Brevard County and established new presences in Indian River and Miami-Dade counties. He provides pro bono insight as vice chair of Lake Highland Preparatory School’s board of trustees. In addition, Martinez is actively involved in organizations that shape the region’s economic, educational and community landscape, such as the Orlando Economic Partnership.
