Jill Schwartz established her own firm in 1993 and developed it into a premier employment law firm statewide. In her practice, she specializes in employment discrimination and retaliation cases in federal and state courts. She also represents clients in whistleblower actions, including federal and state False Claims Act matters. For many years, Schwartz has volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem, advised nonprofit and charitable organizations on employment law issues and provided pro bono services to deserving individual clients.
