Co-founder Jerry Markowitz’s responsibilities range from business management, leadership and strategy for the Miami firm to practicing law in creditors’ and debtors’ rights cases related to bankruptcy. He also has helped develop practice groups in litigation, real estate, business, probate, guardianship and trusts. Markowitz has a lengthy list of pro bono projects and speaking engagements, and is a faculty member of the American Bankruptcy Institute/St. John’s University School of Law’s Mediation Training Program.
