Jan Pitchford leads the Sarasota office and is recognized as a dynamic real estate attorney who represents clients in acquisitions and development and construction matters, and advises borrowers and lenders on loan matters. She also represents the firm in the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, providing clients with legislative and judicial updates. Pitchford is committed to pro bono work for Gulf Coast Legal Services and she is a member of the Sarasota County Value Adjustment Board, among other civic duties.
