In Tampa, Jaime Austrich helps guide the firm’s strategic growth while representing clients in complex commercial disputes, including mergers, shareholder issues and corporate control matters, as well as trust and estate litigation. He is a past chair of The Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee and a former president of the J. Clifford Cheatwood American Inn of Court. Austrich has conducted significant pro bono work in reviewing contracts for a local high school rowing association, supporting his daughter’s love of the sport.
