Damon Kitchen manages the firm’s Jacksonville office while representing employers in complex labor and employment matters, with a focus on defending claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, and constitutional and civil rights issues for public sector clients. He represents clients across diverse industries in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies. Further, he presents to human resources professionals, managers and business owners. In the community, Kitchen has regularly visited homeless encampments weekly to serve meals.
