Aside from managerial duties in Miami, Eric Ostroff is nationally recognized for his expertise in trade secrets and intellectual property. He represents clients in high-profile disputes, including multifaceted litigation. He also holds a leadership position on the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference’s Working Group on Trade Secrets, a nonpartisan think tank focused on cutting-edge legal issues. Ostroff oversees the firm’s pro bono efforts and has provided pro bono training for the nonprofit Legal Services of Greater Miami.
