Ellen Morris co-manages the Boca Raton office and chairs its Fiduciary Litigation group. As a leading elder law and special needs attorney, she is widely published and frequently lectures on related topics. She has held numerous major professional leadership roles, including chair of The Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and co-chair of the Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled. In pro bono work, Morris has provided assistance to a survivor of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, among other efforts.
