From Jacksonville, E. Holland “Holly” Howanitz leads the firm’s offices in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Tampa and Atlanta while also serving as a partner in Nashville. Her practice focuses on premises liability, transportation, construction defect, general and automobile negligence, professional malpractice and hospitality industry liability. She is president of Jacksonville’s American Board of Trial Advocates chapter and hosts a litigation psychology podcast, “Cross-Examining Expert Witnesses.” Howanitz has volunteered with Rethreaded, a local nonprofit that helps survivors of human trafficking.
