Dennis Moore oversees a statewide agency in Tallahassee of nearly 800 professionals and a multidisciplinary legal model representing children’s interests in court and the community. His leadership contributed to achieving 100% legal representation — the first time in history — for more than 28,000 children in 2025, while guiding policy, managing resources and strengthening pro bono and mentorship opportunities. He also strengthened appellate advocacy, maintaining a success rate of approximately 97% and helping shape case law that reinforces children’s best interests.
