He focuses on maintaining a family culture while ensuring seamless management and developing complex legal solutions in personal injury cases. Farah spearheads the Empowering Greatness Scholarship, now in its sixth year, providing two-year college scholarships to Florida students. He also manages the Safe Ride Home program, which provided more than 4,800 free rides on New Year’s Eve in 2026.
