In Orlando, Brian Gilchrist manages all substantive aspects of the firm while maintaining a full-time practice that has encompassed more than 200 patent cases, 100-plus trademark cases and 75-plus copyright cases nationwide. He has also mediated more than 100 disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets across a wide range of technologies. Gilchrist has chaired the Florida Bar’s Intellectual Property Certification Committee, and he volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children through the Orange County Legal Aid Society.
