Along with managing the Tallahassee office, Benjamin Gibson is a member of the firm’s Governmental Law practice group, where he represents corporate, political and government clients facing high-stakes legal issues at the intersection of business, politics and government. He was reappointed general counsel of the Republican National Lawyers Association, where he continues to serve as a member of the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee. From 2017 to 2025, Gibson served as a member of Florida’s State Board of Education.
