While serving as managing partner in Miami, 30-year law veteran John Shubin works with stakeholders in the development and evaluation of real property. In South Florida and nationally, clients include real estate owners, developers, investors, lenders, affected parties and local governments. He also represents clients in legal and administrative disputes. A primary civic role is being a Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden trustee. And, among others, he is a member of the Florida Council of 100 (business leaders addressing some of Florida’s largest challenges).
