As the founder/partner in Maitland, Clifford Shepard leverages 40 years of experience as he counsels and represents private and public clients. In that role, he acts as general counsel and works on specialized matters relating to local government law, charter review, real property and civil litigation. Duties also include preparing/reviewing contracts, briefs and other legal documents. Shepard serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem to children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected by their parents. Also, he has been board chair for Kids Beating Cancer Inc.
