A tiny showcase for the grandest traditions of fine dining. That includes precise care sourcing local ingredients, which is not nouveau to Harold Balink. Menu changes weekly to show off Hokkaido scallops, Bonita Springs pork, local shrimp and Balink’s whims, like crab dashi and sweet chili Brussels sprouts. Bleu cheese and pappardelle are made in house. Balink insists on good wine and superior service.
