There is no sign, no prescribed menu. Only nine seats at the sushi counter, and they are reservation only. Why? Because the three chefs at Kadence work with only the most precious of Japanse fish, mackerel, golden eye snapper, cuttlefish and uni, plus caviar. They construct elaborate one-of-a-kind nigiri, sashimi and more. If you have no reservation, have a sake tasting.
