Kathleen Blake brought the organic farm to a downtown table seven years ago — wild seafood, fresh eggs and heritage pigs, too. One of the South’s best chefs, Blake got her savvy from grandma’s Iowa farm, top Pittsburgh spots and Mainer Melissa Kelly’s Primo in Orlando. Blake and husband William dish up local greens and charred squid, lamb and raisin jam sandwiches, hand-made noodles and coffee-rubbed steaks paired with clever drinking.
