Chef Fabrizio Aielli’s passion for freshness and purity has built two gleaming palaces to seafood and salt (130 kinds). They are temples to oysters with diverse oyster bars and towers of shellfish, plus icy piles of finfish ready to grill. Fine pasta and sides, especially gorgonzola artichokes. Aielli’s Naples menu includes Barbatella for casual Italian and now Dorona for steak in a sleek modern format.
