The fine and very Italian hand of Fabrizio Schenardi shows top to bottom in the resort’s grand restaurants. Start on the ground floor at Ravello for Italian: Nduja pizza, fennel and branzino and hazelnut desserts and saucy pastas. Capa, on top, does steaks and chops, Wagyu and Iberico, with a full dance card of Spanish trimmings, dates to nuts.
