Before BTS stepped onstage at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium this weekend, some of the members headed to Apollo Beach for a bite.
No one recognized the K-pop stars on Thursday evening as they sat down at a picnic table at Finn’s Dockside Bar and Grill. But once the band’s leader, RM, posted a photo of the sunset dinner on his Instagram, fans took notice.
Over the weekend, the eatery has become something of a K-pop pilgrimage site.
BTS is kicking off the North American dates of its highly-anticipated Arirang World Tour with three Tampa concerts, including one on Tuesday night. Some 180,000 fans are estimated to attend, taking over Tampa Bay with themed events.
