February 26, 2007 -- ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Option Capital Management, LLC, a commercial financing company, has secured $1.5 million on behalf of Compton Development, LLC, to acquire the Ellis Building located at 33 E. Pine Street in downtown Orlando.
Richard E. Compton, owner and opoerator of Compton Development Group, LLC, hired Option Capital Management on January 15 to secure financing for the three-story, 6,300-square-foot, structure known as the Ellis Building.
Option Capital Management is an Orlando-based commercial brokerage firm that finds funding for all types of commercial real estate, rangingin price from $500,000 to $100MM.
