Ian L. Gilden, a sole practitioner, focuses exclusively on probate, estate, guardianship and trust matters. The firm represents professional and family guardians, personal representatives and trustees. Mr. Gilden served as chairperson of the Orange County Bar Association, Estate, Guardianship and Trust Law Committee and as chairperson of the Seminole County Bar Association, Probate and Guardianship Committee. He is an author of the Seminole County court approved Education, Instruction and Training Manual for court-appointed non-professional guardians. Mr. Gilden has lectured at The Office of the Attorney General Training Programs, regarding guardianships, wills, trusts and estates; at Continuing Legal Education Guardianship Programs; at Guardianship Education Training Seminars; and at Elder Issues and Intervention Training for Emergency First Responders. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
