    Showing how business etiquette can close the deal

    After about 30 years in corporate America, Carolle Wells Vargas is now consulting business representatives in the proper etiquette for networking, closing a deal or making a sale. Vargas just moved to Jacksonville in August from Austin, Texas, and immediately went to work establishing her business, Your Etiquette Style. Certified at the Protocol School of Washington, D.C., she also got a license that officially acknowledges her skill in etiquette and protocol training.     The transition from working in the corporate world to farming goats is well known to Pam and Jim Lunn, owners of The Dancing Goat in Tampa. Ten years ago, Pam Lunn, 57, had her own business in the road-building industry before becoming a farmer. She is also a real estate broker and holds a bachelor's degree in art education. Her husband, Jim Lunn, 61, is also a real estate broker. The farm started with the goats in 2000 as a hobby farm and turned commercial in 2007.     Jetmaker Embraer expected to reveal expansion at Melbourne airport today

    Brazilian jet manufacturer Embraer S.A. is expected to announce a new project based at Melbourne International Airport today that could create 200 well-paying jobs. Melbourne Mayor Harry Goode, the chairman of the Melbourne Airport Authority, said the announcement was about Embraer, which operates a final-assembly plant and customer center at the airport. That's the gimmick at the Weston Town Center, where people have found a counter-program to the current trend of high-intensity exercise. The new workout spot is called Fitness 54, an homage to the fabled Studio 54 disco in 1970s New York. "You gotta make it fun," co-owner Mark Sturman says.
