Broward College has selected Torey Alston as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was the Executive Director/CEO of the Greater Miami Expressway Agency and has served on the Broward County Commission. He was also the Chair of the School Board of Broward County. Additionally, Alston is a former trustee of FAMU and has participated twice on the leadership team of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
