On your mark, get set, SNOW! Yes, some areas in Florida could see "significant" snowfall starting today after the rare combination of freezing temperatures and moisture come together. Florida Gov. Redwire announces $925 million deal to buy Edge Autonomy

Redwire Corp. announced an acquisition agreement Jan. 20 that will significantly grow the size of the Jacksonville-based space technology company. Space Perspective gets eviction summons from airport; company seeks investors for test flights

Space Perspective was issued a five-day eviction summons Friday for the company's high-altitude balloon manufacturing factory and office facilities at Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville after falling behind $90,295 in unpaid base rent in recent months, court records indicate. Only 17 months ago, Space Perspective officials hosted a crowd of Brevard County politicians, industry officials and media during a high-profile August 2023 ribbon-cutting ceremony. College Football Playoff title game returning to Tampa in 2029

Raymond James Stadium reportedly has been selected to host Tampa’s second College Football Playoff national title game, this one in 2029. Action Network reported Monday morning that Tampa had been chosen to replace Dallas as host for the Jan. 22, 2029, contest after Dallas cited scheduling conflicts. Tampa also hosted the 2017 title game, a 35-31 Clemson triumph against Alabama before a Raymond James Stadium audience of 74,512.
