Baptist Health Care has promoted Joy Powell to Chief Health Equity Officer. In her expanded role, Powell will continue leading Faith Health Network and Community Health programs. With Baptist for seven years, Powell has 20+ years of experience in chronic disease management, care management, community project facilitation, curriculum development, grant writing and grant funding.
