Boca Raton office managing partner, Kevin Vance represents businesses in a variety of matters, including those that involve employer/employee relationship across state and federal laws. He has particular experience representing companies engaged in the health care, transportation, manufacturing, staffing and hospitality industries. Also, he represents businesses in litigation concerning the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and ADA public accommodation lawsuits. Among civic roles, Vance is board president of the Academy of Florida Management Attorneys and vice chair of Sunrise Community Inc., which serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
