Miami office partner Laurie Riley specializes in defending employers in civil rights and other employment-related disputes, including litigation Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and their state law counterparts. She counsels employers on the development and implementation of policies and practices to minimize exposure to litigation and speaks at seminars for HR professionals and attorneys. Recently, Riley volunteered to host a family of Ukrainian refugees through the Ukrainian Refugee Resettlement Project in South Florida.
