Fort Lauderdale
A partner in the Fort Lauderdale office, Megan Janes represents employers of all sizes across several industries, including health care, education, automotive dealerships, construction, hospitality, and more. Her work often includes litigation involving allegations of discrimination, denial of leave, wage and hour matters, or restrictive covenants, both at the administrative level and in court. She also assists employers with HR matters, including counseling on ways to reduce litigation risk and compliance training. Outside the office, Janes is a board member of the Federal Bar Association, Broward Chapter, and is involved with the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
