Partner and head of the Winter Park firm’s labor & employment department, Anthony Hall has litigated and tried federal and state employment lawsuits nationwide. That includes sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, disability, religion, and gender and retaliation and whistleblower claims, among others. Hall also has extensive appellate experience, arguing before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court and several Florida District Courts of Appeal. Further, he counsels companies regarding best employment practices and conducts training on workplace legal issues.
