As the office partner-in-charge in Fort Lauderdale, Andrew Gordon is responsible for management and strategic direction. Additionally, he is a management-side labor/employment litigator who also counsels on a range of human resources policy and compliance issues. He represents employers in federal/state courts on issues involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation; wage and hour; class and collective actions; and other issues. Gordon has held numerous leadership positions for civic and charitable organizations. Also, he encourages the office’s attorneys to commit to pro bono activities, including for the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition.
