In Miami, partner Rene Gonzalez-LLorens manages the office’s employment litigation throughout South Florida, and handles all types of employment lawsuits and arbitrations across the state and internationally, including discrimination, harassment, ADA accessibility issues and non-compete claims. Gonzalez-LLorens also advises employers, ranging from local schools to international airlines, on labor issues to ensure compliance with laws and available legal options. Since 2009, he has been legal counsel to the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the oldest and largest such private agency in Florida.
