A partner of the Sarasota firm, Jason Collier represents employers in a broad range of employment disputes, including wage and hour litigation, discrimination and retaliation actions, and restrictive covenant and trade secret claims, among others. Also, he regularly advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws, and he handles general employment issues such as hiring, firing, performance appraisals and workplace investigations. Outside of his own practice, Collier serves as a Labor and Employment Regional Service Line Leader for the firm’s Florida offices.
