Susan Eisenberg has represented employers in all aspects of employment matters. Currently, she leads the Miami firm’s labor and employment department while also working with clients in the areas of compliance and litigation and serving as a mediator and arbitrator. Eisenberg is the only Florida attorney on the firm’s national board of directors, and she has distinguished herself as a mentor to female attorneys. Also, she has held leadership positions across numerous legal organizations, including the role of founding member and first president of the Wage and Defense Hour Institute, a networking group for professional development.
