Gulf Coast Community Foundation announces Joe Carter, CAP® as its new Vice President of Philanthropy. Carter will play a key role in the execution of Gulf Coast’s strategic plan focused on providing donors and professional advisors with opportunities to deepen their philanthropic impact. For the past 20 years, Carter served as VP of Development at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.
