Brian LeBlanc has been tapped as VP for Homes by WestBay's Multi-Family and Build-to-Rent new business lines in Tampa Bay. LeBlanc, a graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business, is a seasoned real estate and private equity veteran. He will focus on new land acquisitions, overseeing project pipelines from entitlement through disposition.
