Miami office cofounder and managing partner, J. Everett Wilson is shareholder in Polsinelli’s Health Care Practice Group, where he represents health care providers, insurers and other health care entities. In particular, he focuses on issues related to Medicare and Medicaid managed care, value-based care and risk arrangements, and health care mergers and acquisitions. A former chair of The Florida Bar’s Health Law Section, Wilson has been a local board member of the American Red Cross and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Also, he is an active participant in the Health Foundation, which serves South Florida’s low- to moderate-income populations.
