As the founding partner for 26 years, Andrés Rivero manages a minority-owned firm where most employees are bilingual. Aside from being praised for his legal experience and knowledge, he has championed diversity. Rivero is a member of the American Bar Association’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. He has been a co-chair for the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms. Also, he sponsored a DREAMer, one of the 700,000 young people who came to the U.S. as children of undocumented immigrants, and employed her as a law clerk to help her pay for college.
