Since becoming managing partner a year ago in Fort Lauderdale, Dana Panza has emphasized the nurturing of young attorneys, including partnering senior and young attorneys in mentoring relationships and team-building activities. Her practice includes litigation in tort matters, labor and employment and academic matters. Macdonald provides pro bono services to the Florida Bar’s Education Law Certification Committee, currently serving as chair. For over 15 years, she has been heavily involved with Gilda’s Club South Florida, a nonprofit that provides support services for patients with cancer and their families.
