Managing partner of the firm’s Tallahassee office, Gary Hunter leads a diverse governmental law practice focused on state government affairs, land-use entitlements, property rights advocacy and environmental issues. He has led counsel for development initiatives across Florida by representing landowners on complex land-use strategic development, litigation and planning, along with regulatory intrusion issues and securing entitlements. Hunter is past chair of the Environmental & Land Use Law Committee of the Florida Bar.
